Get access

If this Account does not have access yet, go to Set up access. That page asks whether you want notifications on iPhone, Android, or both, and shows whatever the current way in is — this page never decides that for you.

Install a Companion App

iPhone

After you have a TestFlight invitation, use it to install or update Notifai. TestFlight builds expire after 90 days.

Android

Google Play publication is in progress. In the meantime, download Notifai's Android Package (APK) directly.

Download Notifai for Android

Android may ask you to allow this source to install unknown apps. If Google Play App Signing later uses a different certificate, you may need to uninstall this direct-download build before you install the Google Play version. Uninstalling removes this installation's local history and requires you to sign in again.

Invited friends can keep using Firebase App Distribution for test builds; that invitation-only lane is separate from this public download.

Connect your computer

Notifications come from the computer your agents run on. Tell your agent Follow the instructions at notifai.sh/setup and it does the rest, or install the Notifai command-line tool yourself and run setup — it opens the dashboard so you can connect that computer to this Account.

Needs Node 20.12 or newer. Connect your computer has both options on a page you can open on that computer without signing in.

Subscription and billing

See Pricing for the plans, the free trial, and how renewal works.

Manage or cancel where you subscribed. If you subscribed on the web, open Account in the dashboard and choose Manage subscription to reach Paddle's management page for your payment method, invoices, and cancellation. If you subscribed on your iPhone, use your Apple Account subscription settings.

Refunds are handled by whoever sold you the subscription — Apple for iPhone purchases, Paddle for web purchases. Notifai does not run a separate refund program.

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that with Apple too.

Get help

Email hello@raidiant.io for help with your account, subscription, or data. On iPhone, you can also use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight. Invited Android testers can use the contact in their Firebase invitation.

If you cannot sign in, open the Notifai dashboard with the same email you use for Notifai.

Do not include passwords, tokens, private keys, or the contents of a notification.

Delete your account

Open Account in the dashboard, or Account in the iPhone or Android Companion App. Choose Delete Account and type DELETE.

Uninstalling the Companion App is not account deletion.
